Koktebel is a small resort village located near the extinct Karadag volcano in the eastern part of the Crimean peninsula. The volcano died out in ancient times, and life around it has not stopped, but is actively developing. The village has long gained fame as a resting place for the Russian intelligentsia: poets, writers, artists, actors.

Koktebel is famous for its wines. It received a new development in 2015, with the launch of one of the first investment projects in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, which is supported by the Crimea Development Corporation. Investment in the amount of more than RUB 1.4 billion are planned for the revival of the plant and the "Koktebel" wine brand, which went to the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment, the planting of new vineyards.
