"Green" investment: greenhouse complex is looking for partners

Every year, the need for high-quality food increases. It is fashionable to diversify your diet with fresh vegetables and healthy greens.

Considering this direction, entrepreneurs bet on open or closed ground vegetables, losing sight of the promising and less expensive cultivation of greens.
And in vain — with the right investment of finance and a competent business plan, the project can pay off in a short time.

Greens are in demand all year round by both private consumers and large supermarket chains and restaurants.

Young businessman Alexey Danchenko plans to launch a greenhouse complex for growing greenery in Simferopol district and is looking for partners to work together.
"The volume of investment in the promising project will be about 20 million rubles, and the payback period will be 2 years.

The project can be implemented very quickly in 6-8 months," says the entrepreneur.
Ruccola, basil, mint, rosemary, and thyme can be grown in a greenhouse complex with a year-round cycle on 10,000 m2 of planting area.

Working on the project, you will need 10-15 employees.Among them are the chief agronomist, an accountant, greenhouse workers, security guards, and one seasonal position is a stoker.
You can sell Crimean greens both on local counters, and ship them to other cities of Russia.

Experts note that in the Crimea, there are not enough modern greenhouse complexes with the use of advanced technologies, and the need for high-quality products is only increasing.
