"Beach" and tennis court – investors’ projects in the capital of Crimea

An alternative to a holiday on the seacoast has opened in the capital of Crimea.

As part of the investment project for the construction of a sports complex on Gurzufskaya Str., there are two heated swimming pools and a recreation area, a restaurant, as well as a tennis court.

The beach area is designed for more than 100 people.
For vacationers, there is everything you need: sun beds, umbrellas, a catering area, children's animators work. In addition, a 72-by-36 tennis court has been operating on the territory of the complex for three years.

The planned investment volume in the project is more than RUB 400 million, and the number of jobs created is about 50.
