In Simferopol district, investor has started the practical implementation of an investment project for the construction of a logistics complex.

On a plot of land with an area of 9.2 ha, preparatory work is underway clearing and leveling the territory. It is planned that the construction workers will start in spring of this year.

The future logistics complex will perform the functions of a 3PL operator, offering a full range of logistics services to client companies. This includes responsible storage of food and industrial groups of goods in accordance with the best industry standards and practices, warehouse rental, warehouse operations management using a modern warehouse management system, cargo delivery by different modes of transport, international transportation and customs clearance of export-import operations, and others.

The project is socially significant for the development of logistics in the Crimea, it will not only attract investment, create new jobs and increase the tax base and budget revenues, but also reduce the logistics costs of companies and the prices of retail products for the population.
The declared volume of investment in the project is 325 million rubles. Taxes expected to be paid to the federal budget, the budget of the Republic of Crimea and the local budget within 10 years, starting from the date of implementation of the project, will amount to 505 million rubles.

Nearby, on a land plot of 8.8 ha, another project for the construction of a metal depot is being implemented. The amount of declared investment in the project is 50 million rubles.
