Under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister Irina Kiviko, it was held a regular meeting of the Council for improving the investment climate in the Republic of Crimea. During the meeting, the Council members approved four new investment projects.
Thus, one of the projects involves growing chamomile with the organization of a historical and cultural center in Leninsky district.The initiative covers two main leading sectors of the Crimea − agriculture and tourism.The planned investment volume will be more than 22 million rubles, and tax payments over 5 years will be 4 million rubles. It will be created 14 new jobs during project implementation.
The project for an estimated budget of 35 million rubles will present the center for the development of regional tourism and the training center «Academy of hospitality».
The project is planned to be implemented in Yalta. Over five years, it will bring 31.6 million rubles of taxes to the budgets of all levels.
562.5 million rubles investors will invest in the project of construction of apartments (non-residential premises) in Evpatoria. The multifunctional complex of apartments will be located on a plot of 20 thousand square meters. Tax revenues from the project for five years will amount to almost 29 million rubles.
Another project will be implemented in the village of Krasnokamenka. It involves the construction of an apartment hotel on 33 wooden double houses, 9 four-bed houses and 2 two-story houses with 16 seats. In addition, it is planned to build an administrative building, a cafe, related infrastructure, as well as landscaping. The amount of declared investment in the project is 107 million rubles, tax revenues for 5 years – 7,6 million rubles.
During the meeting it was discussed the conclusion of additional agreements on two existing investment projects.
