The Ministry of Property of the Republic of Crimea informs about the auction for the sale of the object of privatization included in the Forecast plan of privatization of property

The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea informs about holding on October 11th of an auction for the sale of a privatization object included in the Forecast Plan (program) for the privatization of state-owned property of the Republic of Crimea for 2021. We are talking about a group of inventory objects as part of real and movable property in Kerch, h.1B, Suvorova Street, namely:

- non-residential building (sanatorium-dispensary "Parus") with an area of 3063.80 sq. m, cadastral number 90:19:010113:6373 (restrictions of rights and encumbrances are not registered);
- paving I, III-V, with a total area of 4589 sq. m (asphalt, concrete);
- paving-volleyball court II, with an area of 807 sq. m (asphalt);
- fencing No. 1-9 (fences No. 1,2,3,5,6,9 (concrete, metal, stone); gate No. 4,8 (metal on a concrete base, on rollers); gate No. 7 (metal));
- curbs VI-X (concrete);
- a land allotment with an area of 13433 +/- 0,10 sq. m.
