In 2021, the number of agreements to the Crimean economy is comparable to the revenue part of the republic's budget

Investment attracted to the economy of the Republic of Crimea since early 2021 are compared to the revenue part of the republic's budget. Dmitriy Vorona the CEO of the "Crimea Development Corporation" reported about that on the air of the "Krym 24" TV channel.

"Today, we already realize that we are reaching the threshold of RUB 80 billion on the attracted investment. This is according to those investment agreements under which investors have already assumed specific obligations to invest in the economy of the republic. This figure is comparable to the revenue part of the republic's budget", Dmitriy Vorona noted.

According to him, since the beginning of this year, the number of attracted investment in the economy of the republic has been increased almost 10 times compared to 2020. "Therefore, we can safely say that there is a movement and there is an action," the CEO of the Corporation stressed.

He noted that the next step will be the implementation of two memoranda signed in June at SPIEF-2021 for a total of another RUB 30 billion, which are currently being developed by the "Crimea Development Corporation". We are talking about the creation of a mountain and recreational cluster in Yalta and the construction of the "Yalta Park".
