The first residents will come to the first industrial park in 2022

The first residents will begin to develop the first state industrial park in the Republic of Crimea, created on the basis of the Dzhankoy Machine-Building Plant.

Dmitriy Vorona, the CEO of the Crimea Development Corporation reported about that on the air of the «Crimea-24» TV channel.

"Starting from January 2022, we will start inviting residents to work in our park. We are starting to develop it and we really hope that we will be able to restore the industrial potential of the Northern Crimea," Dmitriy Vorona said.

The CEO of the Corporation said that negotiations were held with a number of potential residents of the park. We are talking about the production of mechanical engineering products, the organization of the production of building materials, large-panel housing construction, glass products.

He thanked the leadership of the republic and personally the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov for supporting the initiative of the Crimea Development Corporation to preserve the integrity of the territory of the Dzhankoy Machine Plant and the creation of an industrial park.
The territory of the Dzhankoy Machine-Building Plant was not chosen by chance. This enterprise with more than a century of history, has an extensive network of buildings, structures, areas where production of any complexity can be located.

The company produced agricultural machinery products. It has not been working since the mid-2000s. The total area is about 26 hectares. It is assumed that the industrial technopark will be located on an area of about 6 hectares, industrial - more than 20 hectares.

This is almost 70 thousand square meters of production, warehouse and administrative premises. The territory is located in an industrial zone, with existing access roads, including railway ones.
