There are 55 investment sites with a total area of 3,925.8 hectares in the Register of Investment sites of the Republic of Crimea today of these, 32 are included this year. The Director General of the Crimean Development Corporation Daniil Pidaev stated this at a meeting of the board of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea. "The Corporation is actively working together with municipalities, heads of rural settlements of the Republic of Crimea to involve land plots and non-functioning objects in the investment process, which can later be used for the implementation of investment projects," Daniil Pidaev stressed. Based on the results of the visits of the Corporation's employees to the municipalities, 94 more land plots were identified for consideration for compliance with the established requirements and inclusion in the Register of Investment Sites. Among the necessary procedures are carrying out cadastral works on the preparation of land plots layout schemes, registration of boundary plans, cadastral registration of plots, registration of municipal property rights, the need to make changes to approved master plans, rules of development and land use. In addition, the Corporation, together with the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea, is working on the possibility of including 168 real estate objects in the Register. According to Daniil Pidaev, all new plots will be placed on the Investment Map. "According to it, investors can determine the sites most suitable for the implementation of their projects. The investment card should become one of the working mechanisms for attracting investment in all industries to the region," the CEO of the Corporation stressed.
