Time to invest in campsites

Budget, soulful and beautiful — Crimea is the leader among Russian tourists in the list of summer destinations for recreation. It isn’t surprising — everyone who is tired of the "stone jungle", go to the peninsula for a portion of health, picturesque sunsets, dinner in a fish restaurant, night walks along the embankments of coastal cities. For passionate lovers of nature and recreation under the starry sky, there are campsites. This direction is gaining popularity not only among vacationers, but also among businessmen. Fast payback of the project, minimal investment and, accordingly, risks, one of the most promising business projects has been implemented in the resort Alushta, in the village of Rybachye.

In just a few months, the investor managed to equip the abandoned territory. Within the framework of the project, a retaining wall, a staircase, wheelchair descents, a sidewalk, and a pedestrian zone have been reconstructed. In June of this year, the campsite welcomed its first guests.

The campsite itself includes an area with a capacity of more than 100 cars, places for 120 tents, 12 parking lots for motorhomes, showers, beach equipment rental points, a summer cafe and shopping tents.The planned volume of investment in the project will be about RUB 16 million, to date, RUB 7.3 million have already been invested.

In total, according to the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, there are 16 car camps in the Crimea, including 11 glamping and 3 camping sites.

"For security reasons, it isn’t allowed to set up a camp independently everywhere in the Crimea.
Campsites are equipped for "tent-makers" or motorists. For an affordable amount on the territory, you can stay in a tent or arrange a private car or trailer for housing. In addition, in such areas, all the benefits of civilization: toilet, shower, shop, electricity. Traditionally, campsites in the Crimea are located in the West, East and South of the peninsula. The preferences were formed due to the landscapes and accessibility to the sea, the presence of viewpoints," Dmitry Sheryako, Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea, told "Invest in Crimea" magazine.
