"The center with a capacity of more than 800 people will be located in the resort part of the city at a distance of 1.2 km from the sea. The All-Russian base for Judo and Sambo will include both zones for sports and recreation, including a Spa center, " said Alexey Grishakin, the initiator of the project, General Director of the martial arts society «Fatherland of Crimea».
In the future, the complex will train athletes, as well as conduct training camps and events. The project creator also plans to rent out premises.

The investment declaration was developed quickly and efficiently, which reflected all the strengths of the project and helped us become participants in the FEZ", added the investor.To date, a land lease agreement has already been signed, and LLC «Atlant-group», created for the project, has become a resident of the Free Economic Zone. By the end of 2020, it is planned to spend about 20 million rubles on the project.
