A number of tourist projects are being implemented in Chernomorsky region of the Crimea

A tourist cluster will appear in Chernomorsky region, which will include seven investment projects at once. The agreement on cooperation in the implementation of investment projects in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, implemented within the framework of the creation of the tourist and recreational cluster "Chernomorsky" was signed between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea and the Limited Liability Company "Management Company "Resort "Tarkhankut".

The initiator of the project is LLC " Management Company "Resort " Tarkhankut". The total volume of capital investments: RUB 4.3 billion, the total cost of the project will be more than 5 billion with the prospect of an increase. The total number of jobs is 105. The project provides for the comprehensive development of the territory of Olenevsky rural settlement of Chernomorsky region of the Republic of Crimea through the construction of a large resort and housing complex, with the possibility of accommodating different categories of guests, on the territory with a developed infrastructure.
The project provides for the creation and development of an accessible tourist environment for people with disabilities, stimulating the development of inclusive tourism.

- LLC "Mayak", the project "Construction of the hotel and restaurant complex "Mayak";
- LLC "Auto-tour", the project "Construction of a resort and housing complex on Cape Atlesh".
