Small businesses will be able to get a revolving loan at a rate of 15%

The rates under the program will be fixed at 15% for small businesses and 13.5% for medium-sized ones. The issuance of loans will begin at the end of March. 100 Russian banks, including regional ones, have joined the program. It will also be possible to get a preferential loan from PJSC RNCB. Preferential loans can be taken for specific purposes: investment (maturity up to 10 years); replenishment of working capital (up to 1 year); refinancing; business development. The program of preferential lending to small and medium-sized businesses operates within the framework of the national project "SMEs and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative". It started in February 2019 and is designed until 2024. In 2022, the Government additionally allocated 14.3 billion rubles for the implementation of the program.
