The investor has laid the first stage of the apple orchard on an area of 19.8 hectares, and plans to lay the second stage on an area of 16 hectares. In the future, the investment project involves not only the cultivation of apple trees, but also storage and processing. For these purposes, a fruit storage facility with a capacity of 10 thousand tons and a workshop for processing products will be built.
In addition, within the framework of social obligations, the investor is developing a project for the overhaul of the House of Culture in the village of Grushevka and participates in the construction of street lighting networks in the villages of Grushevka, Kholodovka, Perevalovka.
The declared volume of investment in the project is 1.3 billion rubles, 368 permanent jobs will be created.
