The meeting summed up the results of socio-economic development of the region, implementation of investment policy, as well as the work of the Ministry and subordinate organizations. 28.7 billion rubles of investment were invested in the Republic's economy in the first quarter of 2020, which is 8.2% more than in the same period last year. To date, 184 investment agreements are being implemented in the Republic with the declared total investment volume of 156.3 billion rubles, which is planned to create 13.3 thousand jobs. According to investor reports, more than 42 billion rubles have already been invested under these agreements.
In addition, as part of a comprehensive work to attract investors, as of the end of July, 14 new agreements were signed on the implementation of investment projects in the territory of the Republic of Crimea for a total investment of about 5 billion rubles. During their implementation, it
will be created 750 jobs.
Since June 62 investment projects have been visited. 18 projects moved on to a different phase of the project, including 9 investment projects signed lease land, 6 projects under construction and installation work, 3 of the investment project moved to the implementation stage of the project.
During the first half of the year, the Corporation concluded 80 agreements on the selection of investment sites. 8 investors have already decided to implement investment projects on the territory of the Republic of Crimea with a total amount of declared investments of more than 1.8 billion rubles. The implementation of the projects will give the Republic almost 600 jobs. These are projects in the tourism, transport, agricultural, and trade sectors.
A comprehensive approach and well-established interdepartmental cooperation allowed to achieve high results – a significant leap in the rating of investment attractiveness of the regions of the Agency for strategic initiatives, where the Republic of Crimea rose by 18 positions and took 43rd place.
In addition, the Republic of Crimea in 2019 took 44th place (+21 position) in the Rating of subjects of the Russian Federation on the level of development sphere of Public-Private Partnership.
Since 2015, when the Republic was first ranked 77th, the growth has been 33 positions. Currently, the Concept of PPP development until 2025 has been approved, and the PPP development Plan for the Republic of Crimea for 2020-2021 is being implemented.
Two Public-Private Partnership projects are being implemented.
