"Over the past two years, the Republic of Crimea has made a breakthrough in the national rating of investment attractiveness, rising from 68th to 11th place in the Russian Federation. We will continue this work, we will not stop there. We have big plans to enter the top ten in the country. We all have a lot of work to do in 2022," Irina Kiviko said.
Also, according to her, the Republic of Crimea for the first time reached the 17th place in Russia in terms of reducing pressure on business from regulatory and supervisory authorities. "The innovations that were implemented according to planned inspections, it had its effect and was evaluated by the central executive authorities to reduce pressure and control and supervisory activities," the Deputy Prime Minister stressed.
During the meeting, new investment projects were approved to create a water and wellness complex, including hotel facilities, a water park, an amusement park, a children's development center, a shopping complex, parking, a SPA complex, a cultural and leisure center, a social and business center, a park, a cafe and a skate park in the western part of Crimea. A project to create a glamping complex and a number of others have also been approved.
Irina Kiviko thanked the members of the Investment Climate Improvement Council in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and the authorities for their productive work in 2021 and wished success in the coming 2022.
