Figure of the day - more than 20 billion rubles to the economy of Crimea

In 2020, the number of attracted investment in the Crimean economy amounted to more than 20 billion rubles. Investors are still interested in developing their own businesses in the fields of industry, agriculture, resorts and tourism, and construction.

In addition, in 2020, the number of investment agreements concluded exceeded the figures of 2019. Due to this, new large-scale production facilities will appear, and the number of jobs for local residents will increase.

Along with investment in asphalt plants, shopping centers, gas stations, residential complexes and neighborhoods, businessmen also chose the tourist and recreational industry. For example, in Alushta, we will have tourist routes designed for therapeutic walking, with a total investment of 59 million rubles.

Among the major projects that will soon appear on the peninsula, the following can be distinguished - the construction of gas stations in Leninsky district and Sudak. The amount of investment for the first project is 220 million rubles and 120 million rubles for the second.
Also, a multifunctional roadside service zone with infrastructure facilities will appear in Simferopol district. Investor will invest 140 million rubles in the project. Investors will also build several residential complexes in Yalta, Kerch, Yevpatoria and Simferopol. The declared volume of investment in these projects will amount to 1.8 billion rubles.

In the field of agriculture, the implementation of an equally large and interesting project to preserve the enterprise of Alushta essential-oil state farm plant has begun.
The amount of the declared investment is 467 million rubles. It is planned to lay new fields of essential oil crops, purchase equipment and build new workshops. Investor also plans to organize excursions to the production during the flowering period of rose, lavender, and rosemary.
