"Two investment projects will be implemented in Alushta with the total amount of declared investment of 526 million rubles. One of the projects involves the restoration of perennial plantings of essential oil crops with an investment of 467 million rubles. The project is aimed at preserving the enterprise — Alushta essential oil farm-factory, whose history is almost 90 years old. The investor will lay new fields of essential oil crops, purchase equipment, build production workshops for the manufacture of cosmetic products and a laboratory for the development of new types of goods," said Irina Kiviko.
The Deputy Prime Minister added that the investor also plans to organize excursions to the production during the flowering of roses, lavender, and rosemary.
The second project, which was approved by the Council is the development of a park area with terrencures in Alushta with an investment volume of 59 million rubles.
In the park area, planed routes for therapeutic walking and cycling will be designed.
The project will also include recreation areas, benches, fences and stairs on steep sections of the routes.
Another project involves the construction of an asphalt concrete plant in Simferopol district with a declared investment of 70 million rubles. In Belogorsky district, an investor will lay a hazelnut orchard. The amount of declared investment in the project is 3.4 million rubles. In addition, an investment project for the construction of a cottage village will be implemented in Chernomorsky region. The amount of declared investment in the project is 587,3 million rubles.
