Under the leadership of Irina Boyko, a working meeting with representatives of «Simferopol» International Airport has been held in Crimea Development Corporation.

Agenda of the meeting was General plan of the airport. In addition to the new terminal complex that has already been built, the aerodrome zone can host a number of investment projects on its territory. Thus, the meeting considered the possibility of implementing projects in recreational, industrial and other areas.

Recall that «Simferopol» International Airport complex was put into operation in April 2018. Its capacity is 6.5 million passengers per year. This project is an example of successful cooperation between the state and business. Of the 32 billion investment, half are private. Air gate of the Crimea has received numerous prestigious awards.

By the way, the development of infrastructure around airports has long been a modern trend for developed countries. Shops, hotels, office centers, entertainment, restaurants, and more are part of any major air harbor.
