The multifunctional zone will include a refueling complex with 10 fuel columns, a parking lot for recreation, a summer playground, a car wash, and a tire repair complex.
The declared investment volume is 298 million rubles. Recall that investors have started the practical implementation of two multifunctional zones and two gas stations.
Two objects are located in Belogorsky district, one each in Kirovsky and Simferopol districts.
