Chinese businessmen are interested in investing in housing construction

Chinese businessmen were told about the specifics of the implementation of investment projects in the territory of the Crimea, about the benefits and preferences of the Free Economic Zone.
Under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko, a round table meeting "China and Crimea: A new vector of export partnership" has been held.

Last year, export to China has already amounted to $ 4.1 million, it is 12% of the total export of the republic.

For us, China is a very promising direction. Today it is the third country in terms of exports from the Crimea. Our business has some areas and countries to develop in," said Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.

Thus, during the round table meeting, the economic and investment potential of the Republic of Crimea has been presented. In turn, representatives of the Crimean enterprises presented their products to the Chinese delegation, and also expressed a desire to export to China.
The round table also included a working meeting with representatives of Crimea Development Corporation.

"We guarantee the rights of foreign investors in accordance with international agreements.

As for the sphere of housing construction, we have moved from point-by-point development of territories to complex development of territories, which implies, among other things, the construction of the necessary social and household infrastructure," said Anushavan Aghajanyan, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea.
