In Alushta, «Ikar» boarding house is being sold for an investment project

The acceptence of applications for participation in an open auction for the sale of the pension property «Ikar» in Alushta, in the village of Rybachye, has started. The organizer of the auction is the State Autonomous institution «Administrative Directorate of property of the Republic of Crimea».

Pension "Ikar" is located in the center of resort village Rybachye, in the Southeastern part of Greater Alushta, in the territory of the park, 350 meters from the beach. The boarding house consists of two four-story sleeping buildings designed for 360 seats. The initial sale price of the property is 39.6 million rubles. Applications are accepted until 4th September 2020.
