The investor started preparing a land plot for laying a vineyard in Belogorsky district

The project initiated by "Manor Belogorye" LLC is supported by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea under the leadership of the Ministry of economic development of the Republic of Crimea.

The specialists of Crimea Development Corporation visited the investment site of the project. Thus, the investor installed a reclamation system and purchased new agricultural equipment. The area of land plots for vineyards is more than 300 thousand square meters. The volume of investment in the project amounted to 95.9 million rubles. To date, they have already been invested 8.9 million rubles. In addition, it will be created about 40 jobs.

Note, that Crimea is known as an area of historically established horticulture, viticulture and winemaking. In many ways, all these directions were formed due to the soil and climate conditions, as well as historical, it has already been developed actively winemaking during the Bosporan Kingdom.

According to the Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Crimea, in 2014, 250 hectares of young vineyards were planted, in 2015 this figure was 269 hectares, however, due to the strengthening of state support measures, 559 hectares of new grape plantations were laid on the Peninsula in 2016, in 2017 – 674 hectares, in 2018 – 750 hectares.

The project for growing vineyards is an indisputable direction for investment, the implementation of the project on the territory of sunny Crimea will bring a good income in 4.5 years.
