The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea informs about the holding of a tender for the sale of property included in the forecast privatization plan.

"On November 11, 2021, the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea plans to hold a tender for the sale of property included in the Forecast Plan (program) for the privatization of property owned by the state of the Republic of Crimea for 2021, approved by the Resolution of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea No. 585-2/20 dated 25.11.2020," the statement is said.

We are talking about non-residential basement premises with a total area of 159.8 sq. m, located in "A"building, address: the Republic of Crimea, Simferopol, Odesskaya str./
Kirova Ave., h. 2/21, (the method of privatization is a competition in electronic form).
