A promising investment site based on a sanatorium is being sold for auction in Alushta

The State Autonomous Institution "Administrative Directorate of property of the Republic of Crimea" put up for open auction the property of the sanatorium "30 years of October", located in Alushta.

The initial cost of the object is 80.3 million rubles. Acceptance of bids for the auction will end on the 7th August.The sanatorium is located in the resort Alushta on  17, Glazkritskogo street,  in the so-called "Professor's corner".

The object for sale is a complex consisting of several buildings. The total capacity of the sanatorium is 350 seats.From the buildings of the sanatorium to the sea is about 400 meters, the descent to the sea passes along the road through the park.
