It is expected that the complex will be put into operation in October of this year.
The Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Sheryako announced this.
"The future logistics complex, which is being built on a plot of 9.2 ha, will perform the functions of a 3PL operator, offering a full range of logistics services to client companies.
This includes responsible storage of industrial groups of goods in accordance with the best industry standards and practices, warehouse rental, warehouse operations management using a modern warehouse management system, cargo delivery by different modes of transport, international transportation and customs clearance of export-import operations, cross-docking and others," Dmitry Sheryako said.
According to the Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea, over 10 years the project will bring about RUB 505 million to budgets of different levels.
"The implementation of the project will serve to further develop the logistics of the Crimea, will attract investment and create new jobs. The indisputable advantage of the complex will be its logistics capabilities - the location between the automobile and railway routes," Dmitry Sheryako said.
