A private industrial park with an area of 18 ha will appear in Simferopol district.

A project to create a Class A logistics complex is already being implemented at the site of the future park. "The future logistics complex, which is being built on a plot of 9.2 ha, will perform the functions of a 3PL operator, offering a full range of logistics services to client companies.
This includes responsible storage of industrial groups of goods in accordance with the best industry standards and practices, warehouse rental, warehouse operations management using a modern warehouse management system, cargo delivery by different modes of transport, international transportation and customs clearance of export-import operations, cross-docking and others," Oleg Smolyanov said.

The representative of the Corporation also added that over 10 years the project will bring about RUB 505 million to budgets of different levels. In addition, the implementation of the project will serve to further develop the logistics of the Crimea, will attract investment and create new jobs.
According to him, industrial premises will be built on the remaining site to accommodate the production facilities of future residents of the park.

The indisputable advantage of the park will be its logistics capabilities - the location between the automobile and railway routes.
