Procedure for applying for a support measure for organizations and sole proprietors affected by the deterioration of the situation as a result of the spread of COVID-19

Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea informs about the procedure for submitting applications for support measures for organizations and individual entrepreneurs who are most affected by the deterioration of the situation as a result of the spread of coronavirus infection.

The Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea defines the list of activities most affected by the deterioration of the situation as a result of the spread of a new coronavirus infection in the Republic of Crimea. They also specified the categories  of organizational and legal forms of legal entities entitled to receive support measures for June, July, August, September, October, November and December 2020.

Recipients of the support measure fill out and submit an application on the Portal of the Government of the Republic of Crimea. The application is signed using an electronic digital signature (EDS).

Individual entrepreneurs that do not have a digital signature, can apply through the Crimean State Entrepreneurship Support Fund and its subdivisions municipalities, free of charge, giving him the right to bid on its behalf under a power of attorney in writing or by a notarized power of attorney through a third party.
