Sports and recreation complex is being built in Simferopol

An investment project is being implemented for the construction of sports and recreation complex «Nelson». There are swimming pool with Spa complex, fitness room, mini-football training, in Simferopol. The project is supported by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea under the leadership of the Ministry of economic development of the Republic of Crimea.

Specialists of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea visited the investment site of the complex under construction. Currently, work is underway on the construction of a Spa complex with a swimming pool. People with disabilities can also visit the complex. They will be provided with all the necessary facilities — ramps will be installed, wide entrances will be made, and showers and toilets will be equipped in accordance with the requirements.

Note, that the sports complex has a 72-by-36 tennis court that has been operating for two years.
The investor has also equipped a sport hall for table tennis, a lounge area and it will be developed a cafe area in the future complex. The project will also include parking for 36 cars.

According to the representative of the investor, in the future they will build a playground for mini-football, a sport hotel, as well as a water park consisting of a complex of water slides and attractions. They also plan to use modern water purification technology, which will not affect the colour of the fabric or the skin condition.

The planned amount of investment in the project is more than 400 million rubles, and the number of jobs created is about 50.
