Trails of health: investor will invest nearly 60 million rubles in the project for the development of ecotourism

Ecotourism is one of the most popular and trending destinations for investors. On the one hand, ecotourism is not mining, not the construction of hotel complexes, and not even necessary to count on a quick return of funds. On the other hand, it is an opportunity to create one of the most attractive tourist sites, which is in demand and popular with guests and vacationers with long-term prospects. For tired residents of the metropolis, a walk through such places as a breath of fresh air, new sensations and emotions.

Thus, in the Crimea, investor is implementing a project for the development of a park area with terrencures with an investment volume of 59 million rubles.

As stated by the project initiator terrencures are the real paths of health. Residents and visitors of the city will be able to walk along specially laid routes, where descents alternate with ascents and flat sections.

Within the framework of the project, a park area with a slope of 20%, with an area of 58,235 sq. m. will be developed with specially laid routes designed for therapeutic walking and cycling, recreation areas, benches, fences and stairs on steep sections of routes. It is planned to design a viewing platform a rotunda, bridges over ravines and other objects.

The investment project is planned to be implemented in three stages within two years.
Over the estimated period of 15 years, the project will bring more than 146 million rubles of taxes to budgets of different levels.
