A powerful flour-milling complex will be built in the eastern Crimea

A flourmill with a production volume of up to 150 thousand tons of flour per year, will be built in the eastern part of the Crimean peninsula, the estimated volume of capital investment will be about RUB 800 million.

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko announced about that, who chaired the next meeting of the Investment Climate Improvement Council in the territory of the Republic of Crimea.

"This is an important project for the Republic of Crimea, which will help to further saturate the domestic market and supply flour to a number of foreign countries," Irina Kiviko said.
According to her, the planned capacity of the complex will be up to 500 tons per day, the average annual volume - up to 150 thousand tons per year of finished products for export purposes: varietal flour and related grinding products - bran.

The meeting also considered a project for the construction of a large shopping and office center in Simferopol district on 100 thousand square meters. The volume of investment will amount to more than RUB 9 billion. Projects for the construction of warehouses in Saki, tourist hotels in the western part of Crimea were also approved, and other issues were considered.
