Free economic zone FEZ is a set of benefits, preferences and other support measures for business development on the territory of the region.
Reducing the corporate income tax rate
- 0% to the Federal budget (for 10 years from the moment of obtaining the status of a FEZ participant)
- 6% and 13,5% to the budget of the Republic of Crimea
Free customs zone
- An absence of prohibitions and restrictions on goods imported from countries from the Customs Union
- exemption from customs duties and taxes
- non tariff regulation measures are not applied to foreign goods used within FEZ
Tax exemption
- 10 years − on the property
- 3 years − on land (if the plot is owned)
Accelerated amortization of own fixed assets
With a coefficient of up to 2
