providing information about the infrastructure and raw material potential of the Republic of Crimea;

providing consulting services on mechanisms for implementing investment projects in the Republic of Crimea, including Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mechanism;

providing consulting services on possible forms of state support which an investment project may apply;

providing consulting services on the preparation of documentation for the implementation of an investment project (feasibility studies of the project, investment declarations and other documentation);

providing consulting services to attract financing for the implementation of an investment project;

marketing and informational promotion of investment projects;

organization of interaction with territorial bodies of Federal state authorities, Executive authorities of the Republic of Crimea, local self-government bodies of municipalities, resource-supplying enterprises and organizations, development institutions, financial institutions;

operational organization of negotiations, meetings, conferences, consultations, measures in resolving issues arising during the implementation of the investment project.
